It was a 30-minute call with HR. Then a 1-hour phone call with the manager. They only asked like three questions: two about projects on your resume and one, always, "Why Tesla?". Make sure you convey deep interest without sounding desperate.

Pros: It is a very good problem to have when the worst of your company's issues comes from constant upgrading and migration. We never stay in one practice for long until we find a better method. This allows us to be very competitive and constantly be doing effective and interesting new things.
Cons: Once you learn the ropes, next is another new set of ropes!
