Cons: Unless you're willing to spend all your time away from work kissing up to your supervisors, do not expect to get anywhere. It's not who you know; it's who you blow. There is no work/life balance at all.

Cons: - Terrible management, obsessed with power.
- No bathroom breaks, or you will be written up.
- Too many similarities to a fascist state: must wear all black, bend over backward to Elon, speak freely and you will be suppressed, raise safety concerns about the car and they will hunt you down and fire you for petty stuff.
