Cons: Not sure if I had bad luck with the people in my department. I've been working less than a year now and I want to leave. This is chaos. I mean, this is not a team, it's toxic: favoritism, unclear expectations. Some tight deadlines are just because, not by impact or real urgency. You plan, but everything changes at the last minute. Micromanagement. Punished for mistakes but not recognized for the hard work. Always trying to give good results with things not being ready at the speed needed. This environment starts to kill your mental health. I had my first anxiety attack working here. I love what I do, but I feel really bad not knowing what to expect the next day. They pretend to motivate you with fear instead of helping you to grow and be better. I think I won't last too much. If you like pain, discomfort, no work-life balance, and some days feeling bad after work, this is your place.

Pros: Brilliant team that openly exchanges information. I enjoyed my time with them.

Cons: Five word minimum; none really.

Pros: Great place to learn, hands-on work experience in design.

Cons: Changing demands constantly, longer work hours.
