There were two telephone interviews:

• One from the HR department: My general experience in the manufacturing industry was investigated, and my eligibility to work in the US was proven. I was also asked for my opinion about Tesla Motors and their commitment to excellence in electric cars.

• The other from a simulation team member: More technical questions were answered to prove my simulation/modeling skills.

Key questions:

• What do you think about the future of electric cars? Specifically, what are your thoughts on the pollution connected to the production and recycling of batteries?
• What is your strategy for developing a simulation model? Which kinds of questions do you ask the client to understand the goals they want to achieve by making a simulation?
