Phone pre-screen coding challenge.
Three LeetCode-style questions were given.
I was not given a chance to re-take because I didn't finish the last question.
Post-code challenge, there was a code review where I had to explain my answers/solutions.
Next were three hours of "panel" interviews.
This was broken into two 90-minute sessions, with 45 minutes allocated to each interviewer.
The first session was a conversation.
Questions 2-4 included coding challenges, SQL, Linq, and modeling a file system using C# entities (inheritance).
I was a bit slow with my answers and solutions, so I can see why they said "not now."
I'll try again in six months.
