Despite the negative interview reviews, I was fortunate to have experienced professional workers and a well-structured process. HR deserves all praise. Explanations were transparent, and feedback was constant. I am very grateful to HR for their work; you don't often see such professionals in this field.

The interview process consisted of:

• A 30-minute screening phone call
• A 90-minute online coding assessment
• A 1-hour live coding interview with a manager and a developer
• A 45-minute panel presentation and behavioral interview with a manager and a developer

All tasks and questions were relevant and corresponded to the job description. Overall, a great experience.
