After clearing the recruiter call and coding challenge, I had a 45-minute phone screen interview.
The interviewer didn't explain the question or even give me time for thinking and drawing out a few examples.
They weren't interactive during the entire call, and there was no communication, which prevented us from working collaboratively towards the problem.
