The process took 3 weeks.
I had a recruiter call followed by a hiring manager interview. They asked about motivation and then did a very simple coding problem from arrays found in NeetCode 150. They did not focus on an optimal solution; they cared more about how I explained base cases, corner cases, and worked through examples to reach the correct answer. They also asked me to write a few test cases to test my code.
