Process
Firstly, a phone call with HR, followed by a technical assignment that I needed to complete in a week. Then, a technical interview (45 minutes) with questions about a project I had to present, and others regarding the assignment.
My Experience The HR representative forgot to send me the assignment prior to the interview with the hiring staff. So, I spent a week doing it after the interview, and to be honest, I do not think they checked it. The only positive aspect was that the questions were easy, and the engineers were polite and friendly.
