Process
The process went from a couple of phone interviews to an employee referral.
It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, who then directed me to a team.
This was followed by a "walk-me-through-your-resume" interview with a manager, and then a technical interview that included a single string manipulation question.
It seemed they cared more about enthusiasm and overall cultural fit.
