Process
After a screening interview, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview where you need to present one of your success stories/projects, there was an ask to write three different success points of your career and discuss them with a director. After that, you are asked to complete a manufacturing test in only one hour (they will send it via email).
Questions
You have to answer as many as possible of the manufacturing test questions.
If your results are poor, you may still be given a second chance.
