I had two telephonic interviews. One was with the recruiter, and the other was with the hiring manager.
It was an amazing experience. I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter a few days later. I had a phone interview with him, then he promised to pass my resume across different teams. The propulsion team reached out to me and also had a telephone interview with the hiring manager. With him were two other Senior Industrial Engineers.
