Process
The interview process consists of two rounds:
- The first round is with a manager from another team.
- The second round is with the mentor for your internship.
The first round lasted 20 minutes, and the second round lasted 40 minutes.
Questions
1st: Why Tesla? Why this role? Are you really interested? What are your skills? Some tech questions based on past projects and work.
2nd: Detailed questions about PCB design: How to bring up the board. How to make the design more robust. How to design your circuit with higher tolerance. Discussed past experience.
