The interview occurred online via Zoom.
The interviewer did not seem interested and was very unenthusiastic. He was interviewing from his home office.
He asked a few questions about my resume but didn't really delve into technical details, other than theoretical questions about designing a control system.

You are treated as an actual engineer and are trusted with real engineering challenges, which greatly benefit you.
