Abusive, cutthroat, low quality, hasty. Layoffs, firings, unsafe.
Do not allow the ends to justify the means.
I witnessed people being fired for trying to protect other people's safety. I collected documents showing production numbers were being dishonestly reported.
I believe you should fix the emotionally destructive and physically unsafe working environment which Tesla has created.
