Get work done.
Mostly no BS at junior levels.
Great for learning and growing as an engineer.
Some bureaucracy at higher levels can get tiring at times.
Very unstable leadership.
Please stop acting as impulsively as you do. Well, we all know who that one person is.
I had a phone call with a recruiter, who matched me with a team that was interested in my resume. I then had a 1:1 with the team lead, a CoderPad, and a video call. There were two more rounds of CoderPad and video calls with other people.
The whole thing was done very quickly, which I'm guessing isn't always the case. It took about a week from phone screen to informal offer, and another week for the offer letter. 1. Phone call with recruiter 2. Take-home technical, with easy/medium q
The plan was for two technical interviews and two general interviews over the week. Instead, all interviews were scheduled back-to-back on the same day. This showed little regard for my time or ease.
