I had multiple successful interviews, but the process halted when the interviewing manager did not show up to several calls due to being too busy. After several failed attempts, communication was broken.

The recruiter asked about my background, with no technical questions and only one behavioral question. He mentioned he would meet with the team to review and discuss shortlisted applicants before deciding who moves forward in the interview process.

Screening Exam Manager Screening Panel Presentation, followed by a series of interviews with each member. Final interview with a senior manager. All interviews are highly technically detailed and focus on experience and job description.
