I had multiple successful interviews, but the process halted when the interviewing manager did not show up to several calls due to being too busy. After several failed attempts, communication was broken.

I was given a phone interview, followed by a programming test. This was followed with an in-person interview lasting several hours. Overall, it was a good experience. It was interesting to see how automated the factory floor is.

The recruiter asked about my background, with no technical questions and only one behavioral question. He mentioned he would meet with the team to review and discuss shortlisted applicants before deciding who moves forward in the interview process.
