A long process with multiple rounds. Basic engineering questions, skills match, extra certificates, courses, CAD, FEA, and calculations. I would not say it is an exciting company. Long hours, I've heard, and a somewhat toxic team management.

We had an introductory conference call with the dedicated department, and overall, it was a great experience. The interviewers had a kind approach, and we discussed mostly the job position.

I applied online. Interview was fine. General design questions of SS curves and mechanics of materials. Not hard. Definitely know the basics and you will be fine, also know general mechanical stuff for automotives.
