The interview was short and sweet. I spoke to a recruiter and then to the hiring manager. I was asked some basic heat transfer and fluids questions, along with some design questions related to current vehicle design.

The interview took place over a video call that lasted approximately one hour. I did not look into the resume during the call. He straight dived into the questions he had for me.

The process involved basic mechanics questions related to beams, modal analysis, and stress-strain. The questions were based on solid mechanics aptitude, and you might need to refresh your knowledge before the interview for a successful conversation.
