Great mission. Good benefits. Elon Musk company. Fast-paced and fast-moving.
So many strategic changes made it really challenging to execute the plans. Lots of uncertainty with employees due to layoffs and so many changes. Morale has been pretty low, and there seems to be a better way to roll out some of the changes. It felt that over time, the company didn't care about the employees at all.
Consider how you roll out the changes and consider the employees a bit more. Changes for the sake of the business are understood, but the way they are rolled out could be a bit smoother.
