The focus is on speed, but progress is often towards the wrong direction.

Engineer
The interviewer asked highly academic questions, drawing from small details in old college textbooks that were not relevant to the job. The interviewer's attitude was somewhat disrespectful and condescending. This was, overall, a negative experience.

After applying through the Tesla careers website, I had an initial 20-minute phone interview, followed by a 30-minute technical interview the following week. The process was fast-paced, and everyone was very nice.
