Very shallow. Little attention to details. The interviewer was not prepared and had not read the resume prior to the interview. Rude and incompetent with poor communication skills. Unrelated questions about the position.

Pretty standard. Mostly past work history checks. Some technical questions on the system engineering and programming skill set side, but nothing difficult. I thought it went smooth and well, but there was no follow-up.

Referred by an employee on the same team. Had a short discussion with HR first, and then interviewed with the team lead engineer directly. Very technically focused. Overall process was quick.
