Engineering Manager
The hiring manager went through my job history and resume; it was a very typical interview. There were no special or trick questions. I'm not sure the hiring manager had the right experience to hire for the role.
Structural Engineer
I was given some technical questions, which were reasonable. We discussed their daily work and their expectations. We also talked about factory matters related to structural engineering and, of course, sustainability.
Mechanical Design Engineer
I applied online. The process was smooth and fast. I got an email stating there will be 3 interviews and asking some basic questions about me and my availability, and later immediately the interview was scheduled with the hiring manager.
