It was great while it lasted
The Engineering department is competitive; after all, it is Tesla. I experienced a loving community, where mostly everyone is accommodating and helpful.
You end up just being a number at the end of the day. HR looks out for the interest of the company, not the individual. Understandable, but harsh on its firing tactics.
