3. Higher than average pay for salary positions (if you worked here for years).
4. Unlimited time off for salaried employees.
5. Exposed to a lot of equipment.

1. Upper management is awful and out of touch.
2. Politics prevent you from getting real work done.
3. A bunch of college kids know better than you, even if you have the work experience outweighing anything they learned in college.
4. The car manufacturing process is bad, and you can't fix it. It's too late; they have to run.
5. Dysfunctional teams have to work together and agree; it's impossible.
6. Wrong people get put in positions they have no reason to be in.
7. Elon Musk constantly lowers your stock value every time he opens his mouth.

It doesn’t matter. Critiquing them in any manner goes nowhere.

Many people have tried and end up leaving for competitors or getting fired.
