All of the engineers I worked with were super helpful with questions and introducing me to the projects. Lots of great benefits at Tesla. I had the opportunity to work on a lot of projects.
Long work hours. Projects were expected to finish quickly.
More structure is needed. Managers should be more involved with the status of projects.
