A solid internship, but not the best in the Bay Area
- You get to work in a mix of an office and industrial environment.
- There are lots of office amenities.
- You have freedom to choose work hours.
- Most people work a 40-hour week (overtime is not required).
- Pay is below industry standard.
- The company culture is competitive and not very welcoming to new folks.
- It is difficult to get regular feedback.
It would be great to get more regular feedback and be able to discuss the necessary steps for promotion in the company.
