Before the phone screen, the recruiter sent me a list of questionnaires which need to be completed, and then the interview was set up. The questions were general and related to questionnaires, but they look for confidence and passion for the company.

Not too hard. I had two interviews: one with my manager and one with my mentor. Both were very chill, with no behavioral questions, just about the company and my resume.
