No work-life balance at all.
Very fast-paced. I applied and got the interview the very next day; they move very fast! Once the interview began, they discussed how much time they actually spend working, stating it is a minimum of 55 hours a week.
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hadn't had much information about the position. Anyway, she forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and I had to answer a questionnaire. Then I received an automated rejection email
The interview felt very bland, as if the interviewer was just going through the motions to meet quotas. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but they spent 25 minutes discussing the team and their project, and only asked about my resume at the very end.
