Prestigious company, gained lots of work experience in automotive manufacturing processes.
Work culture is awful, high turnover rate and low pay.
The interview felt very bland, as if the interviewer was just going through the motions to meet quotas. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but they spent 25 minutes discussing the team and their project, and only asked about my resume at the very end.
Emails conversation with HR before 3 rounds of interviews. BQ engineer round with simple behavioral questions. Tech interview with another team manager, talked about previous work experience. Tech interview with future team lead engineer.
The discussions take place in several stages. The discussions in each hour were very pleasant, open-minded, and relaxed. Overall, I find this tiered system better than at other OEMs that have assessment centers, such as Audi, VW, BMW.
