Commute was a little long. Not the company's fault.
People tended to be very busy, and it sometimes was hard for people to pay attention to me, but it taught me to be more self-serving and resourceful.
Try to carve out more time for 1-on-1s. Keep up to date with projects monthly or bi-weekly.
