I would say it is not very hard; it's fairly simple. I just had my first interview, and the manager was very nice. I was mainly asked about my personal experience and projects.

First, there was an HR interview. Then, a one-on-one interview with the Team Manager. If you clear that, you will have another round of interview with the entire panel of team members.

Very technical, focused on open-ended questions involving design of experiments, experience in past projects, and problem scenarios. Overall, very focused on skills and knowledge, not behavioral at all. Looking for specific skills within the individu
