From day one, you should have a career goal in mind and be thinking of ways to make that happen every day. Hard work can pay off here.
Some teams focus more on company profits and production numbers rather than employee well-being. Tesla will always have too much work. Employees need to set boundaries for themselves for personal time; a lot of people struggle with this and burn out quickly.
Keep looking for those who are hungry to perform, lead them with trust, and expect the unexpected.
