Tesla Interview Experiences
Mechanical Design Intern
Get HR email for basic questions 5 days after submitting resume. Interviewed within a week. Took two online interviews on the same day. The process basically goes through the resume, then some behavioral questions, and finally some technical problems
Mechanical Design Intern
Applied through the FSAE competition specific posting. Had a 1-hour interview with two different engineers, each for 30 minutes. They ask a lot of technical questions and will want you to go in depth about your technical experience and projects.
Mechanical Design Intern
I had two interviews, both involving technical and non-technical questions. Interviewers were all very nice and helpful, and I ended up having a great experience at Tesla during my internship. I was interning in Palo Alto from May 2023 to August 20
