A good company that I like a lot.
No cons to mention other than that they work you like a dog.

The interview was extremely technical. They didn’t ask for an introduction or any background before immediately diving into solving textbook-style engineering problems. The focus was almost entirely on technical problem-solving rather than behavioral
The interview process is made up of: * A 15-minute phone screen with the recruiter. * Several technical interviews, approximately 30 minutes each. * A panel interview with multiple full-time employees.
Had an at-home basic engineering skills written test, then had me do a presentation on a project from my career on-site, and an on-site Solidworks skills test.
