NPI Engineer
3 calls over the phone, 30 minutes each. Call 1: HR screening asking me about my interest in Tesla and past experiences. Call 2: Call with NPI Program Manager. Call 3: Call with Product Management Manager.
Analysis Engineer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. Called with hiring manager first to talk about the position, my background and a few technical questions, then virtual onsite and did a presentation, after the presentation, had multiple one on one
