Production Engineer
I received an email for an appointment, scheduled it, and then went for the online interview. I only reached the first step. We discussed attitude and background, with not much technical information exchanged, as the interviewer was from HR.
Supplier Industrialization Engineer
Phone screen with HR, then with Manager, then with another Supplier Industrialization Engineer. Follow-up fairly quickly with an onsite interview in Reno. This took about half a day there, including a presentation plus 6 or so interviews.
Controls Engineer
The interview process was slow but easy. Unlike most engineering interviews, the interview panel seemed very interested to know more about you as an interviewee and how well you would fit into the position at Tesla, or other available positions. I
