Lots of smart people. Plenty to learn. Plenty to improve on. Everyone is extremely motivated.
Work can be too fast or too slow at times. There is lots of uncertainty, it's very scrappy, and you should expect change all the time.
We need to keep up and learn how to improve the profit margin per car. The product and company itself is amazing, so it will succeed.
