- Forced weeks off without pay
- Incompetent HR and supervisors
- Sign-on bonuses that will be fulfilled or coincidentally misplaced by HR and recruiters
As if this will even matter, but quit allowing people to sleep their way up, allowing drugs to be done. Don’t even offer “bonuses” if you’re not going to fulfill them. The supervisors need to get off their power trips and not choose favorites who are always smoking or treating others like they’re replaceable.

Quality Inspector
The group interview was with a smaller group and felt easy, with typical questions. It was not a very long interview and was relaxed, depending on the interviewer since there were multiple groups going on. Again, it was an easy interview.
Engineering Manager
The hiring manager went through my job history and resume; it was a very typical interview. There were no special or trick questions. I'm not sure the hiring manager had the right experience to hire for the role.
