The process of the job is not ideal. Quality techs will create defects on the car to make sure you’re checking. In some cases, they don’t tell the production team, which ends up putting you in a difficult spot.
The group interview was with a smaller group and felt easy, with typical questions. It was not a very long interview and was relaxed, depending on the interviewer since there were multiple groups going on. Again, it was an easy interview.
The hiring manager went through my job history and resume; it was a very typical interview. There were no special or trick questions. I'm not sure the hiring manager had the right experience to hire for the role.
