The plus side was the rotating schedules, with 3 days on, 4 days off, and vice versa. The pay was fairly good for the job title. My night shift supervisor was actually a very cool and laid-back guy. As long as you got work done in a professional manner, he wouldn't really complain about anything.
The worst part of the job was that there were some tasks that I didn't think I would be participating in. Every day was the same, and the 12-hour shifts were draining. There seemed to be no room or opportunities to advance your career. Also, from what I saw/heard, the day shift was more strict on certain things, which would make the experience even worse.
I understand it is already a big company and there are tons of employees, but my only advice to management would be to take more interest in their employees.
The group interview was with a smaller group and felt easy, with typical questions. It was not a very long interview and was relaxed, depending on the interviewer since there were multiple groups going on. Again, it was an easy interview.
