It was work at the end of the day, but I did learn a lot about making a battery that can power an electronic car. I went from production associate to quality technician and always came to work ready to work.
The cons would have to be the 12 hours on night shift, and the fact that as quality, you report issues that don’t get fixed.

Not too bad. There were three people at the time and they asked typical questions. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. A battery background is a plus, and so is technician experience.
