Quality Technician
Very lengthy, with around 8 or 9 interviews in total, conducted over a period of approximately 3 to 4 months. Interviews were conducted with individuals working with Tesla based in the USA and also in Berlin.

Not too bad. There were three people at the time and they asked typical questions. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. A battery background is a plus, and so is technician experience.
