That you are doing something good for the world and follow Elon.
If a contractor, never try to work more than 8 hours. They're not gonna pay you for extra hours.
They load you with work for 12 hours and expect you to finish in 8 hours. Poor you, what to do?
You end up working more. Try not to join on contract/consultant ever. I have seen them fire people in the first month or just in 3 months.
If you survived a year with them, then believe me, you can crack Google or any tech giant. So go and crack them.
And if you are a woman with a kid and family, please, please, rather stay jobless than joining this company.

Courteous staff, very pleasant interview experience. It was a round-robin style, with a panel of 3 all at the same time at the end. Some interviewers were more casual and conversational, and some were very formal and structured.
The interview process involved: * Phone Screen * Written Mechanical Engineering Exam (covering school concepts) * Online Meetings (including questions on block on incline plane, stress-strain curves, and other basic mechanical topics)
I was reached out to for an interview by a recruiter from Tesla via LinkedIn. Round 1: Codility Questions Phone round: basic-calculator-ii The process was nice, and I was able to come up with a solution. However, I had to take some hints to solve it
