The company moves incredibly fast and employs some of the brightest minds I've ever worked with. If you want to make a difference or learn, there are lots of opportunities.
The management is incredibly lack-luster. Plans change on an hourly basis, and work is often left either undone or half-finished. The amount of work thrown at each person is insurmountable, and despite the opportunity to make a difference, there is hardly any time.
Having the ability to change plans quickly can be nice, but it is incredibly overused. Each team needs to have a more consistent plan and understanding of what their workload is going to be for the next month or two.

A recruiter found me and asked if I was interested. I had a screening interview with the recruiter. Next, I was set up for a one-hour hiring manager interview. Following that, I had a one-on-one technical test interview. Next was a presentation i
Very detailed and technical, but actually fun and professional! Interviews were more like technical discussions, not awkward question-and-answer sessions. It was the most memorable interview I’ve ever had.
