Nice people, good mission, and a great learning environment.
Non-competitive pay, long hours.
Brutal. Thirty-minute interviews with HR and the hiring manager were followed by a "skill assessment." This assessment was like a third-year electrical engineering exam for a course I had not taken.
The ~5-hour process involved meeting individually with nine people. These included the hiring manager, three people from other teams, and the recruiter. Each interview was approximately 30 minutes long and primarily consisted of technical questions
The interviewer was late. They asked a medium-difficulty question, which was a little bland. However, the interviewer did help me out. I was asked to write a library. I felt the question was worded in a way that was unnecessarily difficult.
