None. I cannot think of any pros. If you have any other option, don't come.
No work-life balance -- overloaded with "peanut pay"; sexism and racism are everywhere in Karn B's org (supply chain): too much politics and toxic culture by Indian.
Have more diversity. Flatten the management level first when it comes to layoffs. Jobless managers should be fired before ICs who actually work on projects.
