Toxic culture. I was bullied out of the company by my manager because he felt threatened by me doing good work. Illegitimate termination of employment.
Poor coding standards. Extremely long commute even with a car. Disastrous HR department, which doesn’t respond to requests. Pathetic salary.
Consider social skills, especially when making somebody a manager.
