The interview process at Tesla began with an online application, followed by a phone screening with a recruiter. Next, I completed a technical assessment, which included coding challenges and problem-solving questions. After passing the assessment,

Began with typical phone screens with recruiters and engineers. Had a coding challenge that was extremely simple. Moved into an onsite that was primarily focused on tech and some process.

This was very hard. The interview was very hard. They asked me very hard questions that I could not solve. I don't regret trying it, though, because it was good practice.
